Remember, if you are a New Hire you have 30 days from your hire date to complete the wellness requirements and receive the wellness discount rate on your medical plan premiums!

Midland ISD has partnered with iaWellness to offer a program designed to educate and motivate you towards a healthy lifestyle. We will provide free health screenings, educations, and health guidance for you, as well as access to a wellness portal to help you track your points and activities. 

At Midland ISD, our staff is our most valuable asset, and your time and health are important to us. We hope you will join us in embracing the Midland ISD Wellness Program! ​
Your health plan is designed to help you achieve your best health.  Rewards for participating in a wellness program are available to all employees.  If you think you might be unable to meet a standard for a reward under this wellness program, you might qualify for an opportunity to earn the same reward by different means.  Contact iaWellness at 806-765-7265 and we will work with you (and if you wish, your doctor) to find a wellness program with the same reward that is right for you in light of your health status.​
